Do you think you can finish this 5 minute push-up workout?!

I absolutely love the push-up movement. You can literally do a push up anywhere. And when push-ups are done correctly, they can be very beneficial in muscle gains throughout the body. Your core is activated, your upper, middle, lower chest, your front delts, the list goes on!

There are also a lot of different push-up variations you can accomplish. decline push ups, wide push ups, close push ups, isometric push ups, and even handstand push ups. Use these different movements to grow your chest muscles. Keep your core tight!

This follow along workout will consist of 5 minutes of different variations. Do not let me do these exercises alone. Work your way up to doing this workout 3 rounds for a total workout of 15 minutes! More of these workouts on the way!

ALSO there will be a new 30 day at home workout plan coming soon! Most likely it will be 60 days long! so give me some time to get some great videos out for you all to accomplish!

After having two children I’ve lost so much strength because I just gave up working out. Since my husband has deployed I’ve been doing weightlifting and trying to get my push-ups back. This is definitely motivating!

DAMN BRO w these videos I realized how out of shape I am right now I could barely finish the day 1 of the 60 days workout plan. I had to do it with my knees and pause the video many times but I FINISHED IT! thank u so much for this you help so many people

Started implementing this workout as my regularly chest and triceps workout for the past month. At first I couldn't do it properly the whole thing, but right now I can. And even after, I still manage to max out even more push ups to get the most burning sensation. This is a really good workout for muscle hypertrophy and building.
Keep up with this. Your doing good. :)
