In this short video you'll learn a quick tip on how to fix knee valgus. A knee valgus in part can be addressed by simply looking at the way we stand. If the base in which we stand on is too wide and our arches are collapsed this can contribute to our knees caving in.

What we can do instead is to look at how we can stack the joints between our ankle, knee and hip with an active tension in this feet.

If we could stand like that we wouldnt have knew valgus. Forcing the legs in the correct position will not fix the issue. You will have to train and stretch specific muscles.

They told me to do the same, I have flat foot and knock knee, I did exactly this for years and it ruined my feet, and my knees were getting worse, now I'm fixing this witch stretch. Now I'm using again all my foot, it doesn't matter if is flat, I'm now way more stable and feel like reborn. Don't always do this, not in all cases. But it can surely help some people I think and hope.
