My button is red but it’s somehow still stuck in there. I’ve tried pressing the buttons to release it, I’ve tried pushing it free, it’s not coming out of the ISOFIX hole. Any suggestions would be welcome! Thank you

What if the car seat doesn't come with a base and it's impossible to pull it away from the back rest
