Mache deine Workouts seid 2 Wochen ca. und sehe Veränderungen die ich bei keinem anderen workouts nach dieser Zeit gesehen habe. Deine Workouts sind so toll, weil man sehr gefordert wird aber trotzdem gut mitmachen kann. Einfach toll!

I am on a glow up months ago I lost motivation to workout and keep on bing eating ever single almost felt like giving up on my journey but not until I found your channel a few weeks ago.i started working out again after four months and to be honest this was very hard for me. I had to take so many breaks in between and skip some of wasn't very proud of myself but I will keep on working harder!!! I am back on track with my glow up journey!! This was hard but I will be consistent

This workout was 🔥.
Anna the music was fantastic This was short but intense.
I achieved 72.35%of my Maximum Heart Rate.
I am a 50 year old male. I usually do the dumb bell based workouts but when I desire a body weight only workout, then workouts like this are great.
