You all know what day it is... MILITARY MONDAY!! Let's kick start the week with a 30 min Full Body HIIT work out just how we all love it! The final week of the 28-day GROW Challenge - look how far we've come team, think about all the sweat drops and muscle gains, bring your motivation today - let's burn some calories and sweat it out! WORKOUT DETAILS

414 Calories. Omg this was a good one. I wanna say I just started working out to you about a week ago and I can see the difference in my body already. I’m a travel nurse so I love these kind of workouts they are hard intense and I’m dripping in sweat. Can’t wait to get home to try the ones with weights. Keep these coming! I’m here to stay

I am alive but i am dead.
ANYWAYS, THIS WAS A HARD WORKOUT BUT I DID IT AND I AM SO PROUD. Did not stop and i can say everyday i find more and more power inside me! Thank you for everything! Let’s destroy this final week, team! ❤️🥰

I pushed HARDCORE! I gotta be serious but FUNNY 2 tell ya my 9yr. old CAT 😻pushed 7 minutes of this workout hardcore literally running around the house in circles, I just wished he would have switched direction to work his opposite side muscles 🤣🤣🤣😻. He always participates for at least 3 min. But today he just loved it!! The music, me working out & calling out his name just keeps Chance😻 & I so spiritually connected!❤ This tells ya how you INSPIRE ALL CREATURES mentally & physically, Coach Anna!! THANK YOU!🎉💪🙏🥰

yaaasss!!! These 3 weeks flew by and I can't believe this is our last week 😭😭😭😭😭😭 I don't recognize my body anymore. I feel so strong and I was able to hold the side planks and did burpees today!!! Please please tell me there's a February challenge or calendar waiting for us 🙏🙏😁

mondays are my fave day to workout - and it seems like a lot of people agree, judging by the # of likes and that it still has 2 hours to premiere!

I am LOVING these workouts! I am doing them about 4 days a week now, full on. Building more strength again feels good! I left my gym due to covid, and these work outs are a life saver! Anna you have created fun, engaging workouts and I really appreciate that these workouts are all just you showing us, instead of all the talking most people do that was getting tiresome. After 30 years of being an athlete I know how to keep form, and pace myself so listening to people over explain everything was a drag. In your stuff it's all work out no ego! Just the work which is all I want. Thank you!
