Wow, it's week 3 already! I can't emphasize enough how important these workouts have been for me. I started working out with you around mid December and these home trainings have really helped boost my mood and physical well-being in this crazy pandemic monotony. The January and now March challenge have helped me set up a morning routine and they motivate me to eat healthy and be proud of myself. Thank you so so much! This was SO HARD! One of the best workouts I’ve ever done. I’m about a year late to the party but doing the hiit it harder challenge and it’s great! Definitely look and feel stronger 💪🏻

Day 15 done!!! yyyyaayyy! You know... Every day I have to take an antidepressant and an antipsychotic that make me very sleepy, and now because of the stress that I have had lately, I have had to take an anxiolytic that makes me very, very sleepy. It's really hard for me to get out of bed, but when I think about Anna just uploaded a new video, I do my best to stand up and not miss it.
Sure, I can't do the exercise routine 100 percent, but I do what I can and that helps me get through my day.
Dear Anna, you don't know the great impact you have on my life. Thanks!!!!

I have just joined you now for 2 weeks. I am an old boot (63). So enjoy the workouts and love the assortment. I am an avid exerciser for years. This has been the best I have found so far. Thank you for your hard work and free at that👍✌️❤️
