this channel is the reason I'm able to do the splits. I learned it two years ago and have just kept stretching since. I fell in love with not only moving my body, but also allowing myself to calm down and just breathe. Balance is everything. Thank you so much, Maddie you've literally changed my life ❤️

I've recently been diagnosed with arthritis, and the fatigue and stiffness is affecting a lot of my body. This stretch has been a phenomenal help for me. I can slowly see that I'm developing my stretch, in turn my body feeling better. I have also been doing the 30 min stretch video too when I have more time. this is a fantastic video! Game changer!!.

I tried this after running a little bit this morning in preparation for being in a vehicle and then a few airplanes tomorrow. I definitely could see myself needing this more than once a week. Regardless of how many times I stretch after my workouts, adding in a flexibility routine intensive is a good idea for me. Thank you.

Hi, Thank you so much for this workout. I have been doing it every morning (6 days a week) since last October 2023. I'm 59 years old and this is PERFECT for me. I used to be so stiff and achy all the time, but since I have been doing this routine, I feel very different, I never ache anywhere and my body feels wonderful all the time now! I took a really long hiatus from running. Over a year. I’m recently falling back in love with running and I’ve been dying to find a good stretch routine for my hips and I love this video. Thank you. It was like scratching an itch.

Absolutely loved this flexibility stretch! I have a Dance Dance Revolution game and dance pad, so today I added this flexibility routine to my work out. Altogether I burned over 480 calories in an hour and 19 minutes! I hope to be able to do the splits one day, so I will keep adding this to my routine and see how it works out!!

even though I am flexible I still did this and it help my arms and neck a lot for the first two! this really helps and I could not find any other good 20 minute stretch so this was a life saver! it helped me with just getting me woken up for the day!

Hi! I just wanted to say, as someone with sciatica issues for years from improper yoga technique (especially in forward fold), I SO appreciate the cues on hinging at the hips with a flat back and how mindful you clearly are about keeping people safe in those poses. I was scared to get back into doing stretching for fear of flaring up again so this video was perfect! Thank you!!❤❤
