I fixed my knock knees with these exercises WITH focusing on standing on the outsides on my feet. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT because most people with knock knees are flat footed and that leads to knock knees overall. Imagine the ideal foot print.. now does yours look like that? If not, you have to practice standing this way. It’ll help I swear!

I was in 8th grade when I first started noticing my knock knees and i got so insecure. I tried to get surgery for it, but it was too expensive. Thank you to you im going to try this out and I’ll come back w results in about two months!!

What to do in Knock knees
Butterfly stretch: 45 secs
Seated IR Stretch 30 secs each side
RB crab walk 45 secs
SL glute bridge hold with leg raise 30 secs each side
RB clam 30 secs each side
RB squat 45 secs
Sl Glute bridge hold with leg raise 30 secs each side
Rb clam 30 secs each side
RB squat 45 secs

Thank you for this video..I've been doing the exercise 3-4x's a week. My feet no longer turn inwards. This is from a girl that was teased on the way she walked 😢

I have knock knees. I am on the 11th day of this exercise. I can see a good difference honestly.
So my thighs and knees were internally rotated and my feet were flat and inwards because of that. This was the reason of my knock knees. When I started doing this workout, the internal rotation of my thighs were getting corrected which was fixing the other issues as well. I could see a difference in the 5th day itself.
I’m not saying my knock knees are completely gone. I’ll be continuing this workout for another 3 more days and then I’ll do it twice every week :)))

I've been doing this exercise for a a week now, and can actually see that it's working I'm walking a lot more straight I actually thought my knock knees were because of a bone deficiency or deformity but it seems like all I need was this exercise. I know it sounds strange but I'm actually not used to walking straight it looks odd to me because I'm used to seeing my knees knocked it's taken me awhile to get used to my straight legs I'm going to continue for another week as suggested and then do follow-ups twice a week. Even my husband has commented on my walk. I just now need to get used to seeing myself look a bit different. Even though I heated my knock knees it was a part of me so it's a bit strange to see it go lol

I hope this works! My knock-knee really bothered me. I wore large and loose pants all my life because slim-fit pants just pointed out my knock-knee even more.

It's been a month since I included these exercices (3 to 4 times a week) into my regular trainings and I can see very satisfying results on my knees. I'm 32yo, hourglass shape and I'm feeling so much better wearing my sportleggings

This guy knows what he is doing! I struggle with a small case of knocked knees and this workout lights my legs on fire! I always feel off balance when I walk and squatting takes a big warmup to avoid injury. I’ll be posting my progress for the next 30 days to show if any improvement is made.

I just did this workout for the first time. It completely relaxed the muscles on the sides of my knees and my knees feel better then they have in a long time. I didn't realize how tense they were until now. It's almost a cold sensation.
