Two simple exercises to help correct your KNOCK KNEES in your legs! Correcting this issue can help straighten out your walk/run, eliminate knee pain, and help you to move and feel better. The goal is to stretch the areas that are tight and bringing your legs together (your adductor muscle group) while strengthening the muscles on the outside of your hip that are loose and lengthened (your hip abductor group). Hope these help you out!

Thank you for the knocked knees tips. Many influencers fail to realize that knocked knees will also cause a tibial torsion and flat feet. By fixing knocked knees these other issues will not be fixed so can we please have some exercises to fully fix the whole issue from the foundation.

My range of motion is twice as good as yours, and my abductors are much stronger, but I have knock knees. The only way to correct knock knees is through surgery.
