Welcome steadiness and ease. In this session we bring our focus back to the stability of the center line while embracing yogic principles as stated in the Yoga Sutras and yogic philosophy.

Here we are reminded to tap into the inner world and continue to let go of the drive to perfect the exterior of fancy yoga poses.

Be prepared to flow in this session and find steadiness and ease from within.

These yoga practices never feel complete for me until I come down to the comments and read. It serves as such a beautiful reminder that I’m not alone when doing these practices. I wanted to thank you all for being here and doing this journey with me. I am rooting for us all ♥️

My oldest son walked through the room as I was doing today’s practice and said, “You’re really committed, Mom. I’m proud of you!” and that was such a beautiful moment for me. I noticed how connected my breath and movement were today. Feeling gratitude for it all! ❤

I have a yoga kitty.😻 My cat is like Benji and is right there when I get on the mat. I have to move her at times and it reminds me of all the times Adriene has to sweetly move Benji. 😊🙏

BENJI WATCH DAY 12: Benji started off on the back of the mat taking a nap. Ade nudged Benji to move and went off frame. Benji came back in frame and looked out the window and then just laid down again for another nap.

Adriene I'm one of your many OG followers. I haven't consistently practiced year after year but I always come back here when I'm struggling and need to get grounded. Thank you for always being here and being accessible to us for FREE. I appreciate your kindness so much.

As a person with chronic illness, everyday practise is not always possible. But I continue my journey. Reminder to everyone who is practising at their own pace: ❤ You are doing just fine. Our bodies deserve this yummy practise even if it’s not daily! Thank you Adriene for creating a challenge that I can pick up at my own pace!

I am loving FLOW ❤ Does anyone else say out loud “I am strong” when pushing into plank? I decided I’m just going to keep giving myself that reminder. Happy Day 12! We’ve got this! Xoxo

Hi everyone. Beautiful practice. I hope we're understanding to ourselves today and realize that the goal is not nailing the yoga pose, being flexible is not the goal. The goal is serenity, stability, balance. Truly finding peace in your skin. Happy weekend to us all. Have a beautiful day and I hope to see you tomorrow.

Former athlete here who has been sidelined for years due to a series of knee surgeries. I'll never be able to run again, and as a result lost so much of myself. This series has been life changing for me. Just to move again and appreciate what my body CAN do has brought me to tears at times. Adrien, thank you for reminding me that just bc we can't do everything doesnt me we can't do SOMETHING. ❤

🌞Day 12🌞 Very low on energy today so I did some neck and shoulder stretches in between to rest and breathe. Thank you all for being here and practicing together! It’s what kept me motivated today. See you tomorrow :)

I missed a few days and just finished the three practices I hadn't done yet, including this one. Back on track. Thank you, everyone here. Your kindness and openness adds such a precious element to it. Now heading to play the guitar. Have a lovely Saturday!

I am six days behind because LIFE! But I’m committed to completing the entire challenge, albeit at my pace. Day 12 was exhilarating. I’m looking forward to the next day but I also look forward to doing today’s practice all over again.
