I have been doing your arm exercises, butt, and abs, and whole-body workout even your 10 mins stretching for almost 3 weeks now.
May I know how many calories do I burn every day? BTW I am a big fan of your exercises😍😍

Ok i Know this might be awhile after but I have a question is it okay if I maybe put a pillow under my back to help me do a sit up (Butter Fly Sit Ups) or will it mess up the whole workout?.if so do you have any other suggestions for the sit ups (Butter Fly Sit Ups)
