Who's ready for a KILLER BOOTY & ABS Workout? Today's workout is a fun combo of Core and Glute activation exercises to tone and strengthen your BOOTY & ABS. 25 minutes of booty and 15 minutes of abs - who's in?! Grab your mat and let's grow stronger together. Let's do it!

▸ Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 50 Seconds. After 10 Seconds of Rest continue to the next move.

2. Booty Workout 05:20 - 30:25
3. Ab Workout 30:25 - 45:28
3. Cool Down 45:28 - 48:31

I don't like workouts that are more than 30 minutes, but I pushed myself to do this one. It was definitely tough, but I'm glad I did it. My legs, booty and abs feel stronger. Even though I don't have toned muscle, I can last longer and feel stronger 💪

These workouts are great. I blend them into my weekly routine of weight lifting. I'm seeing great results. One of the best results is that I no longer feel incredible pain every morning when I get out of bed. I also am having much more energy throughout the day as well. It blows my mind that Anna can just keep going through the entire workout and never let up. My goal is to hit that level of beast mode! Keep the videos coming! Big fan!

At the last exercise I was literally shaking haha and I did one of your HIIT workouts yesterday so my legs were so sore today but I did it and I'm so proud of myself! I really love your sweaty workouts <3

I started doing these workouts three weeks ago, I never imagined I could do them (I mean, I take my breaks at moments), I struggle a lot but before there was no way I could handle it. I feel stronger. I really appreciate every workout video you put out here. I hope to come back here in a month and say I accomplished it all.

My first workout with this page & I gotta say that it was the PERFECT pace for me this morning. I didn’t feel like working out but halfway through — with ankle weights & booty band, when possible — I started to get that “workout high” lol amazing workout, I’m definitely adding this one to the list!
