Love, love, love your workouts. I have to do a little modification on some of the exercises. Bad knees but this 60 year old is still right there with you. These short exercises really kick your butt. Keep up the great job

I’m super super new to working out, I’ve been a couch potato for so long so this work out make me sweat💦 planks are my nemesis but I hope in the near future I’ll be able to hold them without struggles. Thanks for the workout Maddie😁💪🏽🔥 I can’t wait to do more and push myself towards my goals

I hope this isn’t weird but just wanted to let you know that I watch your workouts a lot when I’m stressed, even if I’m not following along, they just are for some reason relaxing to me. (I still do them tho and love them!)
