My grandmother lived 98 years, she used to drink tea daily 3-4 time with sugar in it. She had covid in her 90s & survived. She had normal vegetarian diet & normal routine. The main cause of todays health issues are not sugar entirely, its lifestyle, stress, sedentary life & loneliness too. So I feel we need to minimize these things too for a healthy life. Cutting sugar is anyways good for health but it wont kill you alone.

It’s been 2 weeks since I had sugar, I did not feel any of these signs and was totally normal. Lost the puffiness around the face, clearer skin and no bloating. Lost 2 pounds. 😊 try it, it’s not that difficult

My Grandfather lived 93yrs he used to take 3-4 times tea in a day with high sugar, jalebi and everything,
But he lived without any difficulties

So i think we're creating our own health issues by listening others,
Just eat at home whatever mom cooks
And live life stress free
