Difficult but not impossible. Cutting out carbs and sugars in an instant won’t kill you. Might make you feel uncomfortable but not unhealthy

This is not true for everyone. I cut sugar and carbohydrates completely at once and replaced them with high-fat, high-animal protein for two years. I have checked my physical health every year and I am stronger than ever. I am 59 years old. Going strong.

I did it, and I’m okay 🤷‍♀️ I started keto one day and didn’t look back😅 it’s been a month now 😮 should I wait till a feel bad and “slowly” go into it?

I try cut out carbs for 1 month. The problem is i get insane craving at the end of every week. The most negative thing is that i don't have good energy because i workout 6 days a week. The way i fix it is eat carbs for maximum of 50g for a day which is about one cup of cooked white rice and eat a lot of protein. It helps with the craving and give me good energy to work out 50mins a day for 6 days every week.

She speaking in truths. And the people following her seem to blindly follow it all as 100% fact. To be fair, the majority of people on here are probably both sedentary and insulin resistant. But if you’re neither then carbs might not be the enemy

Not entirely true. Our family has stopped eating all starch/Sugary Carbs, with adequate protein, adequate fats and fiber for the past 1 month, and we all have lost avg. 4 kgs weight, without any issues. 😊 Eating Window of 8 hrs. is being maintained every day.

Human daily requirement for carbohydrate is zero. Humans make all the glucose required from fats and proteins through a process called gluconeogenesis. Why don’t you just tell them this fact? Me: carnivore day 722.

I have been eating fruits in the morning whatever I like about 3 to 4 different type and for lunch I have 1 bowl of viggies and the my regular food same for dinner I quit on sugar. I was able to drop from 500 to 120 in a month
