Loved how to the point this was, no fluff, but still interesting and engaging! Great editing and also, god props to you for doing those workouts consecutively!!! I love the le sserafim workout video of yours too for giving helpful tips on posture throughout the workout. I have been doing this workout every day for about 3 weeks now and also noticed how hungry I would get. I was starting to get headaches, developed insomnia and would feel dizzy sometimes. What helped me was increasing my calories by a couple hundred every day, or sometimes I just needed to every other day.

I mean, training abs won’t slim your waist, on the contrary, it’ll make it thicker, cuz just like any other muscles, you train it it’ll undergo hypertrophy. Diet + cardio could slim your waist by lowering overall bodyfat level, spot reduction is impossible, but given you were already fairly slim to begin with, I don’t think you can or should go much lower.

its all about reducing fat. if you are just strong, the muscles don't show like that, but if you reduce body fat then even if you didnt train much its gonna show some muscles. that said, its not that healthy to reduce body fat for no reason haha xD

I do le seerfim without+ jk workout l do also chloe thig program (legs) and l do Waist exercise and full body exercises But the results of these exercises are crazy

In my opinion, its hard to achieve the perfect body shape like, 6 pack abs, eating favourite foods but not gaining weight, slim arm, slim leg etc are just our dream. But like as a general people it's hard for us to achieve the Pinterest inspired aesthetic body shape. I'm also trying to achieve the 6 pack, but i can see only 1 pack. Oh and after eating it's gonee (loll) sometimes i told myself its okay not achieving the abs, but workout regularly, we are not the celebrities, the gym trainers, we r different who leads their life in general way. Nowaday, a trend coming like tracking calories, this will make people mental one day, m i right?. I sometimes compare myself to others who have the perfect body shape, and mentally depressed and cry so lot that i dont have that. Nevermind plz, just tell cuz wanna share w u.
