1 Song - Plank Crawl ( I did songs that were 2:50 to 3 mins long)
2 x 10 - Plank Ups & Downs
2 x 10 - Plank Twists
75x - Crunches

I started yesterday night and will end next Friday night...the burpees man...💀😭 but I got through. Very excited to see the results after 1 week.

Im 11 and i was like "this cant be harder than my extreme taekwondo class where im literally sticking out my tongue" lets just say im sick rn and i was so tired that i almost threw up but I also just did taekwondo class anyways i did recover quickly since my body is used to extreme workouts since i did taekwondo for 11 months now
Extremeness: 9/10

I'm on my third week doing this workout plan but because of you girl I'm being motivated every time I watch you and I am really thankful thanks to you because may goal is to not loss weight but to become stronger and healthy because I'm really physically weak so thanks for the motivation girl thanks from the button of my heart ❤️❤️❤️
