it's definitely the insane amount of cardio they do each day from dancing but I appreciate u clarifying that's it's mostly water weight! gaining 4kg of water weight in a day is not smth to stress abt losing but thank u for not spreading false facts abt weight loss in general and always clarifying

We should under NO circumstances be treating this as normal or acceptable, this is heavily unhealthy, useless, and potentially dangerous and disordered behaviour. It’s not a weight loss “hack” women and girls should try to be like Karina!!!

This is literally exercise bulimia, do not do this, just incorporate a healthy amount of exercise more regularly and you will be more likely to maintain a healthy weight

Please do not do this. If you run for 4 hours in a sweat suit all you are doing is dehydratinh yourself which is really bad for your body. As soon as you drink the amount of water you lost while working out you'll be the same weight as before

Guys just a reminder if you exercise for that amount of time you will lose WATER weight .. you are going get your original weight back in about 1-3 days . And if you keep on doing this for a long amount of time it will just damage your metabolism and that’s going to to make it even easier to gain weight.. HAVE A HEALTHY exercise life routine 👍 so you can get to your ideal weight… by the way I’m 15 so idk what I’m talking about is 100% but from the things I’ve heard it sounds like it

It always amazes me how idols talk so casually about the extreme ways they lose weight when it's so harmful and can create ED behaviors. They really have no shame, and it pisses me off. There's no way they think it's healthy to lose weight like that, yet they talk about it publicly like it's no big deal. These idols need to realize that they have young children/teens who look up to them that are influenced by these sorts of things.

That is so messed up. She clearly has some kind of issues with food. Idk, i could quite eadily be wrong, but the way karina gained and lost 4kg in 1 day, is really concering.

im sorry but I have to say this, tbh there is no need to say that on YouTube or any other platform I mean I understand it’s ur content and you do whatever you want with it but this is exactly how I was about to have an eating disorder, I saw people promoting’ idol’s weight losses that of course are unhealthy and impossible so maybe you didn’t publish this video to promote it but I think it’s still dangerous since there are a public of kids, and sadly the beauty standards can hit them as kids aswell

This is unhealthy this is something I did in the peak of my ed, it isnt sustainable at all and its not safe. Take care of yourselves and don't do things that can hurt you, you and your body deserve that much ❤

I used to do martial arts/jiu jitsu and we used to do this before competitions so we can be the lowest weight possible. We basically dry fasted and did sm cardio. Then as soon as we finish our weigh check ins in the morning we try to gain as much weight before the actual fight starts. Its actually so unhealthy so it should only be reserved for rare occasions like this. You shouldn't be dehydrating yourself on a regular basis just to lose some water weight that will be gained back as soon as you go back to normal living.
