Everything else is fine…but the burpees are something else 😭 and it’s what kills everyone including me 👹

Tip: don’t ever lay down after finishing, start walking otherwise you wont feel good or you will throw up! Its the same for when you’re running never sit down or lay down.

Keep doing it. Burpees, lunges, weighted planks, side planks, bicycle crunches, skipping rope along with proper diet and loads of water and sleep will surely get you defined abs!
I did with all of these!😊🤘🏼

As a powerlifter and someone who boxes, I found it to be pretty fun! ^^ used it as a boxing warmup and it increased a bit of my performance!

If you're already pretty active and in healthy shape it'll be pretty easy to achieve and even more defined body with this routine in shorter amount of time. So I do believe she got more defined abs within a week.

I reccomend light yoga before your workouts!! It makes your muscles activate and warmup to prepare for the intensity!! Your doing so great!!❤

Everything was fine including the burpees, but damn that 1 whole song of a plank crawl got my hands vibrating lol, I couldn't do it w/o resting 2-3 times 😂

If you’re looking for a version that still gives good results but I’d less intense then I would recommend the kazuha workout, I still feel energised and proud without fainting

I'm already on day 3 of the le sserafim workout and honestly I think it's not that bad. Even on day 1 I was surprised on how ok it was cuz I thought it's going to make me faint. Of course everyone is different and I also play volleyball so I guess I built a pretty good stamina out of that so yea. I love the workout and hope for the best results and if I see some changes after 1-2 weeks I'll keep on doing the workout every day. Keep going guys u got it!❤

burpees are killing me but im trying to go 3 weeks today was 1 week of doing this workout for me definitely see the progress gets easier everyday
