I did this for a week, my body hurts a lot but after like 3 days it became more easier, I can see a lot of difference now, this helps me but sometimes I faint because of the burpees ❤❤❤🥲🥲🥲

I’ve been doing it for a week but so far I see no progress 😢
Today and yesterday I had muscles pain from my legs so I skipped my burpees and plank crawl and honestly I don’t even know if I’m doing plank crawl right 😭

Idk if I should I give up or not…

How much time does it take? It might be weird asking this because it varies but i want to know approximately bcz I need to do many things daily and I need to manage my time

I start panting like a sweaty fat grizzly bear after doing 4-5 burpees, I'm gonna be a dead grizzly bear after 100 💀🤚🏼

i’ve been doing it for like 2 months and i can say that the results are worth all the suffering 😭gosh my legs hurt after the burpees

It was my 4th day of this workout yes ...I feel so strong but I feel weak today so I'll be resting however I won't give up on this and continue for a month

If I would do the 100 Burpees, I wouldn't be able to continue afterwards. I am just doing 40. My body needs to slowly process that😂

I get that from all the kpop dances I do unstop every day for the whole days 😭 that also gives really good results ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

I will start today, let's see what happends
DAY 1: I'm dying, that was so hard
The burppes kill me, but the rest a little bit good 💀
DAY 2: Was a little bit easy but again burpees are my enemy.
I wake up with my body hurting so much. 😢
DAY 3: My body Is trying to understand the exercises.
DAY 4: Was more smoothly but my ab is hurting

The only thing I do t like is how the burpees are right after the jumping jacks like a literally need more energy😂

I 100% wish I could do this, but I know for a fact I can't do burpees or the plank. I have horrible upper body strength, plus I just started getting into shape and am trying to lose at least a 100 lbs.. (I'm hefty and I'm trying to fix it for future medical reasons)

Hello so I am going to do this exercise (challenge)for a week first

Day 1 :- can't be more exhausted. Didn't did all burpee but around 60 .but ok I feel light today.

Day 2 didn't did whole exercise just jumping jack, plack excercises. And crunches. My thighs were numb from yesterday exercise.

Day 3 did whole exercise but my body is still numb
