I did the le sserafim workout for 9 days
Day 1 : it took me 2 hours to complete the whole workout. I barely survived. The burpees were the hardest part and then the plank up and down. My whole body ached the next day.

Day 2 : it was hard too... I couldn't handle the burpees at all. My only motivation was that after the workout I may get the le sserafim members abs. My arms and legs hurt a lot

Day 3 : same thing

Day 4 : kept getting better and took way less time. The muscle cramps reduced significantly

Day 5 : my arms felt stronger 💪🏼 and the burpees kept getting easier

Day 6 : the workout took only an hour as it kept getting better.

Day 7 : I set a timer for the burpees and wanted to finish 100 burpees in 15 minutes which made it more challenging and I was able to finish in 52 minutes

Day 8 : I finished the workout in 45-50 minutes 😮😮😮

Day 9 : I felt amazing ❤❤

Results : I didn't lose much weight but I lost about 0.9 inches off my waist which was 25 inches before and now it's 24.1 inches 🎉🎉

I go to karate and the 100 jumping jacks + the 100 burpees are warmups for us 😭😭😭 all of us are sweaty and tired after the warmup 😭

100 jumping jacks (do 50 then rest for 2 mins then finish the rest)
100 burpees (do 10 then rest for 2 mins then continue doing that until you finish all 100)
20 jump squats
Plank crawls based on songs (do Super for motivation)
20 ups and downs
75 ab crunches
