Im gonna do this for 1 week, wish me luck 🥲

Start Weight:47.8 kg
Week 1:
Day 1: done, i made it 2 times
Day 2: it was way to easy this time, i only did this 1 time +other work outs & dances
Day 3: done, but i didn't do the burpees, instead i did 100 crunches&russian twist
Day 4: done but only did 70 burpees
Day 5: done
Day 6:done
Day 7: skipped, but i did another work out & cycling

Weight: 46.7 kg

After the burpees I was basically unalive but the rest of the workout isn't actually so bad 😅

Y'all i just finished my workout out i had to take extra breaks and i heard if you sing while working out is good or something and i did see my voice open up a bit, y'all big tip *don't* drink a lot of water before the workout it's gonna give you cramps 😊

Guys, this workout is good, but please don´t do it everyday! Try 3x per week, and in the remaining days, do something else (like pilates, a walk, a low impact workout, etc...). the results with this workout are nice but it´s not easy to do every day, not to mention your body needs to rest and you might also get bored with it. remember the girls also diet and dance a lot so don´t compare!

If you don't agree to do 100 burpees, consider doing a modified variation that is less monotonous and doesn't involve constantly getting up and down off the floor. You could replace the jumps with jumping jacks or high knees, squats, or even do some air punches instead.

gonna do for 1 month
25th april 2023- 59.30kg
23rd March (sorry meant to write may not march lol): 57.25 kg!
Definitely recommend I didn’t really diet but avoided sweet stuff as much as I could and I normally dance a lot

As a dancer and black belt in taekwondo, I’m used to this kind of rigorous work out….don’t mean it’s easy and any less tiring after doing for a few years😂

This is legit the most effective workout I've ever tried. It took me 2:30 hrs to complete it on the first day... by 7th day my stamina raised upto just 30 mins a day. I remember to do just 6 burpees and then rest for 5 mins straight lol. And mind you I'm not at all athletic and I haven't worked out in 2 yrs. If someone like me with no stamina can make this progress I believe yall can do anything fr. And oh heck yeah the abs are so real. I'm naturally more on the chubby side and gain fat so easily but this is THE workout yall!!! Go for it. My tip for burpees is to listen your body for initial days, say a week, and then push yourself a bit with everyday. Like from 6 burpees I went to 10, then 15, and finally 25. Have breaks long breaks it doesn't matter trust me. You will see gradually that you'll require lesser breaks. I went from 5-6 mins break to 1 min. This works yall 💪🏻
