For someone who doesnt regularly work out, divide the set in half and do them first, and once youve gotten into that, then do this. So instead of doing 100, do 50 first and with the 4x25 sets, just do 2x25. Maybe after a week, add the second half. Just an advise, this is a killer workout, even for someone who works out multiple times a week.

Heres the entire workout:
100 Jumping jacks
100 burpees
100 jump squats
Plank crawl for 1 song
4×25 russian twists
4×25 plank up and downs
4×25 leg raises
4×25 crunches
Treadmill/On spot Run till failure/exhaustion

Remember guys you cannot spot reduce fat so just because you do this workout every single day and you start losing weight does not necessarily mean that you will lose it in your stomach and you probably will lose it in your arms and face also this is a really hard exercise better off just going into a calorie deficit for a bit eating healthier and doing an easier workout for health benefits
