Your Punching Bag workout will focus on building as many muscles as possible, making it an excellent exercise for building strength and enhancing power. The muscles in the arms, shoulders, chest, back, legs, and core are all engaged during a heavy bag training session, making it an effective full-body workout.

👉 Is it OK to hit the Punching Bag every day?
YES, it's true – hitting a punching bag all day might hurt your boxing skills. The main reason is that over-training on a Punching Bag makes it easy for boxers to develop bad habits. ... The primary purpose of a heavy bag is to increase your punching power.

👉 How many calories are burned to hit a Punching Bag?
Boxing is a great workout. Calorie burn is a complex calculation based on many factors, including age, gender, body weight, intensity, and genetic factors. According to Valdosta State University, boxing calories burned per hour while using a Punching Bag range from 354 for a 130-pound person to 558 if you weigh 205 pounds.

This was great! Put up a heavy bag for my kid, found your channel, and went to work. Haven’t done heavy back work in 40 years. Felt great, may feel it tomorrow.

I love your workouts. Just a note, in my opinion it is better not to include musical loops. I always train with my favorite music (almost always heavy metal hits) and I prefer to just listen to your instructions.

Did this after a 20 min session and whoever says a 10 min Nate Bower session can't you get gassed hasn't tried it yet 🤣

Man the burpees and split lunges killed me. 😆 I still think my hooks are reaching too far around the bag maybe and causing wrist pain. Could just be weak wrists! Love your work man.
