Hey besties!

This is day 5 of my one month pilates plan! It’s a 15 minute arms, abs & back toning workout. I hope you love this challenge as much as I did!

Reminder, as always, these are just my workouts I do daily that I want to share. I'm not a medical professional so please if anything hurts stop this video and rejoin me on another!

day by day some things are getting easier! so proud of myself for continuing this far. Nothing keeps me going like remembering that 40 min day! So proud of everyone else too!

Day 5 absolutely killed it ✅
NGL at the end of it, my arms burnt and died but burn and death was absolutely worth it.
Pat on my back for being consistent for straight 5 days, because it’s a big deal for me.
Anyway let’s meet tomorrow :)

I just finished day 5 and this is the most consistent ive ever been with a workout. (Also my booty showing them gains, im so happy!!)
Im so proud of all of us who completed day 5 <3

Before I did this I was like huh it’s only 10 mins, I’ll do two workouts today… I just finished and I was humbled 😅

Thanks madeleine for another great workout! You really inspired me to get back to exercising and eating a proper diet. I do have one request though which is if you can take a sec to demonstrate the position before starting the timer because I often find myself taking a sec to correct my position then having to rewind the video to get the full seconds. You probably won’t see this anyway but if other people can relate hopefully you guys can upvote this 😅.

My experience: I'ts getting easier and I'm getting used to. Now, all my soreness gone and I'm feeling great. So far I feel like I burnt a little. Thank you

This went by in two seconds I swear!! I struggled with my balance on the first two-three exercises, but then it started to get easier. Thank you Madeline!!! 💞 :)

i am guilty of doing this monthly workout plan out of order but can i just say you are insane with these moves mads!!! i have never sweat like this from pilates!!!

Great and intense workout on Day 5! But anybody else having trouble with their wrists? As the days progress they get more sore during each workout and its making me take more breaks in between!

Day 5✅: It felt so quick I was surprised when we were done! Leaving the arms for last was definitely the way to go ‘cause I don’t think I would’ve been able to plank afterwards lol. Thank you so much for this!

Day 5 ✅ I was shaking in the beginning.. and at the end i absolutely killed it... I was not feeling like doing it but as I know that last time I failed because of this laziness.. if l skip one day then i know now that I'm going to fail again that's why I'm trying to complete it on the daily basis.... Best of luck for you too you are doing with me
