I enjoyed this workout.i love chair yoga it's the only kind I can do.getting up and down is very hard for me and I lack the flexibility to do regular yoga.it's good to know you don't have to be double jointed and under 40 to do yoga.

I enjoy the yoga sessions. The instructions sound like a monotone robot, which detracts from enjoying the workouts. Maybe I could try having no sound....will see.

Thanks, Sarah, for answering my question about the yoga ball chair from Saturday. I should have been more specific and asked your thoughts about using it for chair workouts, but anyway, I decided against it since I don't have one. I need to save my money, and I think the traditional kitchen chair is better since I have bad Arthritis and Sciatica. I loved this one and followed it with one of your light weights since my yoga meditation book said to be out in nature
