On Day 24 we take it easy on the upper body and restore. This yummy sequence increases mobility with a variety of stretches for the legs and hips. "Allow, release, let go."

I figured we could all use this today. Gentle Yoga is not just "easy yoga" - for me it is essential in finding balance and ease. It is a way to slow down and make sure I am not harming my body. Practice kindness and mindfulness. ENJOY!

Not sure if anyone will read this comment but I just wanted to say how amazing these 30 days have been. I actually had to stop on day 22 as I tested positive for coronavirus. I'm now almost recovered and should be on day 27 today however I wanted to come back a few days to repeat this day as I found it so emotionally and physically healing. To those whom are experiencing a difficult day, it's okay to come back a few days if it benefits you- find what feels good 💕

I might be 7 years late but I made it past day 24 and I have never been so proud of myself. Thank you Adriene, I appreciate you so very much.

One of the nice parts of this challenge is the community in the comment section. We all share struggles, as well as achievements. It feels like I’m doing this together with friends. It is comforting.

Allow, Release, Let Go... Am not sure what exactly I was holding in but I suddenly started crying. I guess it was nice to hear someone tell me to let go. Thank you ❤

Can we talk about that savasana??? AMAZINGLY. Why can't every video have extended savasana? So zoned out I didn't even notice the screen went blank

I like "easy" yoga. I got the whole rest of the day to be challenged by, like, life and stuff. I mean, shoot, something's gotta be easy.

I have to say, this was probably the most relaxing shavasana I've ever had!  My mind wandered a lot, but I didn't move a single muscle aside from the ones I need to breathe.  I've got Tourettes, so it's EXTREMELY rare for me to not be moving in some way.  Only at one point did I realize I was still in shavasana and I opened my eyes to see "Make Sure You Subscribe" popping up!  Awesome sequence with an awesome ending!  :)  Thank you!

Had a few difficult mental health days and sadly I stopped the challenge for a couple of days. But I’m back now, and this was a wonderful session. It felt like a nice warm hug, which I needed.

When I found out that today's practise really easy and relaxing I wanted to do something more as I do on some days. But then I decided to just let go everything today and just enjoy the rest. Thank you, Adriene!

This program is insanely good Adriene.  After 3 weeks of doing your practice, my back pain has much relieved. Nice1 for putting this series together. For me its gonna be 365 Days of yoga :-}....Much Love

Not even sure if someone would see it.
But this practice really helped me to gather myself and not to roll down to depression while Ukraine is on fire. Thanks. I am able to stay sane and I can help others

As I was laying on the mat, I developed some sort of clarity over a subtopic in my thesis that I had difficulty with yesterday. Amazing what yoga can do! Thank you, Adriene, and to the whole community.

Am I the only one that's elbows don't even come close to touching the ground with my legs open? 😂 I see no one else mentioning that and it's the thing I have most trouble with, it's practically impossible

Edit four years later: I kept following Adrienne’s yoga videos every day for three more years after this comment, I got a little closer but still never managed, I just started up again a few weeks ago (I’m doing her breathe 30 day playlist) after a year, so we’ll see how it goes when I try this one again 😬
