Through daily yoga and breath practice, we develop a deeper awareness of where we are holding tension and trauma. No doubt you have at least once walked off the mat feeling as though you were carrying less stress than when you stepped on.

This session utilizes movement and breath techniques to highlight the powerful ways in which we can use the practice of mindful awareness to lovingly and safely tend to what triggers.

We are in the home stretch of this journey. Lean in. Let go of that which no longer serves. I got your back.

When you said about, thinking about how far you've come from day one, I thought about how far I've come. I've been practicing daily yoga with you now, for 1 year 137 days, and I've not missed a single day. Thank you so much, for bringing this gift that is yoga, into my life you & Benji are so wonderful. Glad no one else was up in my house this morning...
When Adriene said to let everything go, my body took it literally and released gas😳. I wouldn’t have noticed if it weren’t for my dog looking scandalized. I reminded him of his many releases and he went back to sleep. Everyone else who comments is all about being zen and their wonderful journey and enjoying community and I’m over here laughing about a yoga-induced fart.

Here's a big change I've gone through, though it may seem small: my body has started to long for its downward dogs, its forward folds, its twists (sitting and reclined!), and others...When a practice doesn't include one of the positions that it wants, I take the time to add them on at the end of the video. It's like my body is learning a new language that it needs to speak! Thank you, Adriene.

Ooh! I truly appreciate this addition for Exhale Day 30:03:24✅ @0:32😄🤗🙏🏾🌷🌺Ty Adriene for Move Release🌟 a favourite. I've always enjoyed and embtace the breath of fire which i've began to improve well on. Shaking & tossing, releasing all that doesn't serve me well is just perfect, an empowering tool. This practice makes me feel very emotional but also feeling relieved, the deep energy and connection i feel towards this awesome YWA community is so precious. I hope we all feel strong, 💪🏾 we are all finishing strong for exhale series. Thank you wholeheartedly Lady Adriene💝🌷for always sending such positive thoughts our way. This is so needed today, 💜✝️...Well done making it this far. Have a great day everyone

I turned 54 a few weeks ago, but was thinking of how good my body feels and yoga is a big part of that. The benefits, especially as we age, are so amazing, staying flexible and strong.

Anyone out there that just started yoga, I hope that you’ll keep it up and reap the long term benefits. You won’t be disappointed. Daily yoga can really be life changing.

I hope everyone continues their yoga practice with Adriene when this beautiful journey ends.🧘‍♀️❤️

Did anyone else feel like a freaking superhero today throwing out (releasing) all the negativity/worry/anger/stress with awesome sound effects?! I loved every single second of this practice and did not want it to end! And how beautiful was the transition from pigeon to three legged dog - I didn't even think I'd be capable of doing that and it was amazing!!! Definitely my favourite session yet and I can't wait to see what's in store for the rest of our journey! I don't want to be sad it's coming to an end, I just want to enjoy every second that's left! Let's do this people!!! Namaste y'all!

I'm so proud of everyone. Everyone who's been here since day one, everyone who's fallen off the wagon and come back again and everyone just starting off. It takes time to learn to show up. I'm mostly proud of myself for giving myself time to heal, breathe and move. Not sure if I will be continuing daily yoga after this journey, but I will make time for it every week.

I had a massive headache this morning when I woke up, and it was still lingering when I began today's practice. As I sit here, a mere 20 minutes later, I feel NO trace of my headache. The power of the breath, releasing, and this amazing practice!

Something about today’s practice was really lovely. It wasn’t “easy” but there was an ease to it that felt really nice and really flowed.
