This has been such a great series - feel so lucky to have stumbled upon these videos and Adriene's channel. I've dabbled in yoga before but this is the first time I've truly felt the benefits and it's all thanks to Adriene's encouragement and positive attitude on the mat. Before day 1 I was suffering from back pain which I've had for almost a year, day 25 I feel so much looser and more flexible and no longer in pain. I can't stop doing forward folds and downward dogs wherever I am! Big love.

Day 25 ✔️ Hello friends! Today's practice reminded me of a saying from Alan Watts: "You're under no obligation to be the same person you were 5 minutes ago." And here we are 25 days later; many of us are not the same person we were 25 days ago--and even if we''ve been off and on, time still flows and we constantly change--and eventually we get to where we need to be. Life can be a lot of things: a journey, a b*tch, a marathon, etc.; each one of us has a different word for it, but whatever we choose to call it, let's make sure to make it the best version of that. Namaste 🙏

I started doing this yoga challenge to help decrease my pain, as I have been recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia. By Day 23 I started to realize that I don't really have control over my pain, and that yoga may never make it go away. It was a little discouraging, especially reading all the comments about decreases in pain. But all that meant was that my intention for doing yoga changed. Now it's about strengthening my body and being able to appreciate what it can do regardless of the pain I'm in, and finding peace in that. I'm honoured to be on this journey with all of you.

Its taken me over a decade to realize why i cry most of our practices, but I've come to it today.

Im a spaz, filled with shame & guilt, who rushes to everyone elses aid but my own most of the time.

When we come to the mat I feel proud & safe & i realize its the space youve held for people like me and im forever grateful for finding you. I look forward to creating more and more space to one day also have impacted other's as you have me.

The description says: "No yoga robots!" And you're perfectly right. Day 17 was too long for me to practice today, so i skipped to day 25. Those who are reading this: Over the years Adriene has been posting excellent yoga practices in multiple of these 30 day practices, and to be honest I feel this is more of Adriene's journey than anyone else's. You don't have to prescribe yourself a limited yoga regimen, just that you find a practice that works for you today and that you can excel in, comfortably.

I'll come back to day 17 tomorrow. I give thanks for this practice.

It's 2022 and this Yoga With Adriene video continues to be one of my go-to favorites. It's just what I need in the morning to get me going, stretching and breathing and finding joy all the way. THANK YOU, I couldn't have survived these last few years without you.

Woke up this morning to mine and my neighbors dog barking at one of the cats 😑 But, lots of good came out of it too! I got to wake up early, take pictures of the sunrise (and the dogs), and do some more yoga!! It's been such a good morning, even when the school bus rode by and saw me looking like a disheveled mess in my pjs and my blanket yelling at the dogs 😂 Thank you so much for sharing!! I even got a nice, long prayer in after this session. Sending love your way, and to anyone who reads this! ❤

I just wanted to say thank you for the opportunity to have personal directed yoga right in my home. I have Lyme Disease, and have not been able to do much physical activity for at least a couple of years. I started doing daily--mostly--yoga in December, 2014, and was sooo happy to find this 30 day routine. At day 25, I'm feeling stronger, have regained lost flexibility and a great sense of accomplishment. Thankfully, I'm almost at the end of this dark tunnel, and yoga has been a great addition to my journey back to health. Bless you, Adriene. I've thoroughly enjoyed this time with you and look forward to continuing on after the 30 days are up! Happy Friday <3

I used to hate yoga, my short upper body, belly fat and huge chest prevented me from breathing when I bent over. The yoga poses were challenging to breathe and I totally felt discouraged. My friend challenged me to 90 days of yoga and I took it on! I found Adriene's 30 days of yoga and decided to do each day 3 times before moving on to the next day. I was so glad I did, it allowed me to go at a slower pace and get better on the moves. I added diet and exercise along the way and lost some weight! I still can't breathe when I do child's pose, or forward fold, but I feel so much better. I have been converted thanks to Adriene's positive energy. I am looking forward to trying her other 30 day videos.

DAY 25: Dancing Warrior Sequence-- Ah! Yes, the Namaste license plate still glows!!!! As does the session! This was another one of those short but extremely sweet sessions! So well done! The appreciation of each breath and muscle move is really starting to unfold! Once again
