These work so well ive been doing them these past few days and noticed im not in pain when i get up to walk. It comes back and i just take a moment to stretch and im good to go

Doing the calf raises on a step helps as well. I let the back of my foot hang off of the step and lift. It helps. The night splint boot from Amazon helps too. It stretches it out.

Thank you so much suddenly I felt a sharp pain i couldn't handle while dancing and this is the first stretch I did and heard a crack sound it's so satisfying and the pain is gone in a sec still feeling little sore but all the pain is gone tysm

My favorite one is pretty much the single leg calf raise you showed here but on a stair or something so that you can get the entire range of motion. It strengthens the ankle, but you can also hurt your ankle if your tolerance for that is low, which is why I'd start with both legs first.

I have Haglund Deformity with Bursitis, insertional tendinitis and doing these exercises with shockwave therapy from my physio...it has helped a lot but still get some pain after 7 months.

The muscles on the top of your foot are cramped. Push your toes down towards your heel and feel the stretch on the top of your foot. Keep the top muscles stretched out daily and the tendon on the bottom of your foot can heal.
Calf raises don’t relieve the tension on the bottom of your foot.

I have a pain from back of my knee till my heel. My heel pains a lot if i stand for little long or walk much. I have 2 disc bulge and sometimes I get sciatica pain also. Not sure I have plantar facitis or is it just sciatica
