I found your channel about a year ago, when everyone was starting to work from home. It was a life saver! I had no idea how I was going to continue my workouts after losing over 40 pounds the previous year, and having no equipment at home. Your body weight workouts are challenging enough and I got hooked! A year later, I'm still working out at home and have no intention of going back to a gym. Your workouts are more than enough to continue to push myself. Glad to see you guys are back at it.

The best part about them is, they don't pretend to be perfect. I'm glad that they are back. I did this exercise today and I feel so good. But, of course, as always I failed in doing push-ups properly. 😄

I can't describe how happy I am that you returned..you two helped me a year ago with my weight loss journey, i had almost 100kg and now i fell to 83kg but it isn't fat it's muscle, and i remember when i started i didn't have that much endurance nor strength(2, 5kg dumbbells were too much for me because i would get exausted quick) and now today i did this with 7, 5kg dumbbells with almost no problem at all, i want to thank you and wish all the best to you and your children and keep inspiring you loyal hastribe, thank you once again and lots of love from 🇭🇷❤❣

I like how this video provides a workout preview. Before I jump into a workout I always like to get a glimpse of the movements just to make sure I have the ability to follow through, equipment needed and the ability to perform modifications if necessary.
