I'm 15 year old boy that had problems with weight and other stuff...Started watching bullyjuice when i weighed 90 kgs...For 6 months I made it to 73 kgs and grew up 17 cm...I'm currently 73 kgs and 190 cm, which is completely normal weight for this height, but I'm still doing Bullyjuice's trainings cuz he's mostly responsible for my weight loss! I want to thank you man!! And just a reminder guys, push harder and harder every day, don't give up and you will accomplish your point! Keep grinding!

I’m so proud of how far I’ve come. I remember day 1 I couldn’t do half of the 60 minute cardio workout because I physically could not continue after about 23 minutes. Now, day 22 of the 30 day workout challenge, I just completed 40 minutes of cardio. However, I did have to take about a 45 sec to 1 min break after about 25 minutes. Nevertheless, I kept pushing myself to complete this and I did. Now I’m sat here drenched in sweat and feeling better than ever. Thank you BullyJuice for these workouts. They have radically changed my life.

You are really smart to design a workout.
First when i saw 40 mins i was little skeptical but when i saw the workout i understand how smartly it was designed so one can maintain the intensity with dynamic rest and still last for 40 mins.

Dude those are the hardest cardio work outs and he does it for 40 minutes. This is the definition of a beast athlete. Bodybuilders can't do this.

I want to take a minute to say thank you. I am 36 and about a year ago I was 300lbs. I decided to start another attempt at dieting and why not throw in a little exercise. I found your 30 minute full body, no equipment workout and tried it. Could barely finish it, probably looked like a limp noodle during the last 10 minutes. Sometimes had to quit after 20. The diet went through many variations, but I stuck with you for my workouts. 3 days a week. 3-4 months later I switched to your 40 minute full body, no equipment workout and added 30 minutes of your dumbell workouts 3 days a week. After 3 more months I added your 40 minute cardio video and 30 minute walk 5 days a week. Tons of research and finding what works best for me diet and exercise wise (still learning and changing every day) Anyways. A year later, down to 230lbs, much better looking physique and new small manageable changes every now and then. Its up to us in the end to make it happen, but you've been with me from the very start and you're still here with me now. With your huge variety of videos to follow along to and ability to motivate beyond belief, you've been a huge piece of the puzzle in a life change I really believe I can stick with. Thank you again and hope life brings you the best!

I usually don't ever write a comment, but after doing this workout it brought me back to those days of ringing out my shirt of sweat. I haven't been able to do that since I was 21. I started my fitness journey a month ago and thus far am seeing the results. Thank you for all that you do Bullyjuice keep up the great work because trust me, WE ALL APPRECIATE IT!
