We are back at Studio B by Bandier today and we've got a short & sweet 10-minute Abs Burn Workout for you! This workout is great to do on it's own OR to add to the end of any workout.

2) Shoulder Taps
3) Modified In-n-Outs
4) Plank Step Outs

Amazing workout. Short and intense. My Abs were on fire doe a couple of days after I first did this workout. The commercials didn't break the momentum as well.

I love your video ! But do have a question for I order your guys beginner carb cycling and on that high fat Day do you think it’s OK to do a whole avocado throughout the day?
