We are back at Studio B by Bandier today and we've got a short & sweet 10-minute Abs Burn Workout for you! This workout is great to do on it's own OR to add to the end of any workout.
This workout is bodyweight ONLY and we will be doing it in the 40-20 interval fashion which means it's going to get challenging. So if you need extra rest, pause the video and take it! Let's GO!!! #HIITWorkout #HomeWorkout #HIITBURN
