doing this for 3 weeks straight (maybe??) remind me everyday!

day 1: nikola this is so hard… 😭 but i’m also doing two other exercises from your tiktok :))
day 2: tell me why when i woke up my body was bodying?! this works so good, but it’s still kinda hard.. 😔 it’s feels good though!
day 3: i’m slowing fitting into my favourite pair of cargos! this exercise helps so much. :3
day 4: this is actually getting more easier for me! i def recommend
day 5: omgomg i love this so much! it’s really giving the results
day 6: so tiring! but i love itt! doing better and improving each day!
day 7: yay! first week done! also, one of my friends asked me how i got so skinny 😗







WEEK 2:

day 8: this is actually the best exercise! i’ve also been watching my food a lot more. i love this so much. <3
day 9: watching my food, chewing carefully, drinking water a lot more! i love this exercise! (it’s still kinda tiring lol)
day 10: i’m so snatched, success! ✅✅
day 11: success! ✅
day 12: this is so good! also im trying to do a chin exercise! success.
day 13: success!
day 14: success! this has gotten much more easier for me, alo might not do the reviews until like 12am or the next days for now on so the days can match!





WEEK 3
day 15: this my last week! this day worked out really good it has gotten more easier.
day 16: success! i was really bloated today, yikes but i feel better now! :)
day 17: this day felt so much easier! i’m kinda sad that im almost done this ngl.. :’( also thank you all for your support!
day 18: success! almost done!
day 19: success! i can’t believe i only have 2 more days left 🥹 i acc kinda loved doing this!
day 20: i can’t believe this is basically my last day! i love my body sm rn thank you nikola! stay tuned for tmrw and overall!

I've been doing this for about 3-4 days (along with her other two videos) and omg I've been seeing many results! I stopped eating too much sugar but kept eating regularly, just not stress eating and stuff! I know results won't come as 'fast' as mine but TRUST it works! But no matter how you look you're always beautiful and I hope you achieve that dream body! 🤍

Day 3!! I also do I few jumping jacks before this and I do this twice, with another one of Nikolas Pilate video, so far I’ve been able to maintain my weight! Hoping to lose tho! I have been cutting some carbs while still having a balanced diet, I aim to get my weight to 42 kg and I started with 62kg! Please pray that I’ll be able to reach my goal!!

I will be updating you how it feels and what it does so let's start

Day 1
* it burns so much on my stomach
* it pained about 1 hour
* I feel lighter

Day 2
* it is more easy now but still it's burn
* didn't hurt that much
* I am feeling so good
Like so I don't forget to update you

Day 3
* it felt so easy didn't feel any pain
* added 5 min strech 1 min plank 4 min thighs workout
* weight loss a bit not much

* actually helping me feel alot light
* i was gone from 52 kg to 51 hahaha just joking but love this exersice

Ok so I just started today and I love this work-out so I am going to continue this. I'll update ya'll
I'm about 65, 5 kg right now.
Start date: 25/03/2025
Week1:

Rest day, I have exam week and it just felt like my body needed it

Day 6✅(did it a little later today because I woke-up late)

Update: So Im at 65kg now, and thats quite a lot for just a week. I also see slight changes in my body when I look at the picture I took when I started and now. Also seems like I'm less bloated. The work-out also gets easyer with time(At first I stop at least three times and now I don't).

Update: I'm actually so exited you guys don't even want to know. Im litterly 64, 55kg like tf. The second I saw 64 is like whatt?? I'm actually so exited to continue this. I also think that doing the work-out first thing in the morning gives me motivation to get up. I also feel like I move more throughout the day.

Update: So today I stept on the scale and you guys... I'm literally 63, 85kg. I can't believe it like I lost 0, 7kg almost 1 kg in like 1 week. Crazy. The work-out goes smoother every day. I don't even know what to say but, if your continplaiting doing this or other workout just find a work-out you really like, for like at least 3 weeks and then see if you want to continue or do something else. And also don't expact to see results like right away so things just take time.

Update: So I just finished the last day and I feel pretty good, all of the movements go so much easyer then at first. It's almost like I'm on autopilot, that's how well I know the workout. Today I'm at 63.35 kg which means I lost 2.15 kg (4, 74 pounds) in like a month. Which I pretty good If I may say so myself. So if anyone wonders I tryed to eat in a deficit so like 3 meals a day and 500 cal per meal. But I did not track it with an app and I was not very consistend (as you can see in my weightloss), I also cycled 4 km almost every day. I will continue and update every once in a while. If you have any other questions just ask.
