Today is my seventh day and I have been consistent. Day one waist measurement 42 inches and hip measurement 55 and 3/4 inches. Day seven waist measurement 40.5 inches and hip measurement 50 inches.

I never thought it would happen but I fell out of my fantastic new habit ( working out with you daily) after breif illness, I couldn't get myself restarted. I just found this today and I am commenting AFTER completing the 7mins, I'm grinning at the returned belly in my mirror because u got me back in control and it's days are numbered. This video is just what I was hoping to find! I didn’t feel like exercising beyond walking on my goal to lose 27kg, but after losing 8.6 k, I feel more flexible to begin some sort of program that I can do right before I get ready for work in the morning.
