I love that you focused so much on legs, and compound exercises, and that can easily be done from home and progressed. A lot of other workouts seem designed for men and mostly only work upper body and maybe one leg exercise, or require expensive equipment. This is a very thoughtful program for your audience. I've been lifting weights for a month and I love it. I'm already seeing results. However, the RDL with dumbbells is a no go for me. It hurts my back more than anything. My son, who's a powerlifter, has coached me on proper form but it still hurts for 3 days after I deadlift. Perhaps they aren't for my body right now. I'd like to know if you can recommend an alternative for an at home workout. Thank you.

I’ve been adding ACV to my water with MCT oil. Is this a good way to do it?

Are we alternating the exercise or the set? Do we go one literal dead lift and then one dip etc or do we do the set of deadlifts and then the dips, or hen 2nd set dead lifts and then dips etc?

With all respect, JJ has a male anatomy with straight torso, shoulders wider than hips, no Q female angle, very long male arms, male digit ratio... target to a female audience over 40... it's no good.
