Thank you for the reply, Doctor. I do eat very little of these whole grains--red rice, brown rice and sourdough bread--because they taste awful anyway! My health provider knows. She insists on some medications being retained until I reach a steady blood glucose level. But I need to also think of my nerves due to neuropathy in one leg, for which I have to refer to a neurologist ๐Ÿ™ƒ

I eat a green apple daily and strawberries with Greek yogurt. I eat cherry tomatoes with red onions and green onions and spinach with a scrambled egg in all the veggies. My snack is popcorn in which I cook in a pot and I sprinkle season on it
