Sorry Dr. Gundry, I have to say you're wrong on this one (at least in my case). It did NOT take me 30 days to notice improvements in brain clarity and energy level. I noticed a difference on DAY 1! And on day 2, 3, 4, 5 and it was confirmed! I was feeling and performing Consistently better than I had in years after following your diet recommendations. giving up bread pasta and rice and grains was hard the first few days, but after a week i didn't crave it anymore. I feel different without massive amount of carbs being eaten daily

Barely Bread bagels are hard to find and it’s on the Plant Paradox yes list. I found a brand: Unbun Keto on wholefoods. It only has a total of 9 gram of sugar inclusive of the carbs count minus the fiber. It’s very light and I only eat half the bun for breakfast with mushrooms in it and a green salad with lots of EVOO. It’s much thinner than regular bagels. Since I’m skinny I also add macadamia nuts with my salad for added energy.
