This man is like the flexible version of hybrid calisthenics.

I’m not flexible at all. Never have been. I don’t even stretch in the morning like I should. I hope to someday to be as flexible as you. You’re a great teacher

His info is gold, especially as you get to a certain age when your joints are saying "we're too old for this shit"

Query: I'm flexible and fit, informed. My lower ribs [near flat ribs turn to rear facing ribs]. pop into spasms and mild cramp. What improves this? Rotating and contracting abdominal can cause the cramp. Massage/vibrator to alleviate. (Added this to a few videos for possible attention, sorry for the spam, I am quite curious for an answer. I personally am devoted to a hardcore training path of breathework and flexibility and really enjoy your perspective. Thanks)

I can’t tell you how much I enjoy watching your videos. It is obvious that you are highly educated in your field and therefore lend a trust factor of 10 to everything you post. Thank you.

Thank you. I'm a very skinny guy and watching you teach all those exercises really motivate me a lot. I aspire to be as strong as you someday 😌

I just downloaded his free stretching guides and.. My God, they are amazing!!💯
I've always looked for suitable exercises to loosen up, but I've never found anything that helps me, above all because I practice Martial Arts and my legs are very tight.
I will start following his programs right away and can't wait to see the results!
Thank you so much David! 🙏🏼💯💯

I will not do 3/4 of the shit this guy recommends but knowing that these options are out there is supremely informative

After I started watching you, I just can't stop stretching or trying fun exercises with my body weight all the time. My performance in the gym increased a lot due to that: I'm stronger and much more flexible. Thanks a bunch, David!

I’ve literally been having the problem the past few days. Normal squats are to easy but one leg squats are way to hard. This is perfect, thank you!

Just when I start wanting to bulk up a bit (I'm 30 yo at 170 lbs 6'0) I keep seeing your videos and it reminds me first I must master my body in more of a similar way as to how you have mastered yours. I find the functionality and practicality of calisthenics and having high endurance/stamina threshold is more important than brute strength. Especially working in environments like roofing or asphalt as I have done, I've seen many big muscle heads who go to gyms alot absolutely crumble after a few hours of work. It surely means something.
