42yrs old no trainer has ever properly helped me get down into a real squat! This gentleman just told me it's my hips I did the good morning stretches & Im already 100% better than before🥳! Everybody else says its your ankles or some crazy BS workout for your hips! Godbless this boy!!!!

I'm totally flexible enough to squat. No problem. Just my belly getting in the way. So I open squat with legs at 90°. That works fine, always has. I'm almost 50. I've noticed recently that I'm beginning to be less flexible than I used to be. This channel and a couple of others (specialised in old age and prevention) really help. Now I stretch different things a few times in the day, and I put on my shoes and socks while balancing on one leg. Unless I'm standing at the top of the staircase. No point risking that. But I'm getting better, even after just a few weeks. Thanks for all you do.

I always knew that my hips were the problem. However, no stretch seemed to work. The seated Good Morning is the first exercise that improved my external hip rotation on the spot! Thank you so much🙏

This video was how I discovered my deep squat was hindered by my hip mobility! My back was rounding a lot and I wasn’t sure how to keep my back straight. I did ten seated good mornings with a 15lb dumbbell and that helped it instantly! Adding those to my nightly stretching routine so I can achieve my deep squat. Thank you!!!

Wild that this video popped up. I’ve been practicing my deep squats and find balance issues. This is exactly what i needed to help with that. I had the feeling my ankles and hips were just lacking the proper mobility needed to perform the movement and this confirms it. Thank you

Omg I couldn't do a yogi squat during my yoga session. Even with blocks I felt I wasn't doing it right. I Youtubed how to do a proper yogi squat and this short video came up. Omg it helped me understand. Turns out the problem is my ankles and knees. With the shin stretch and good mornings I saw a difference when i tried the yogi squat. Makes sense now why I get shin splits when I run. I'm happy I learned this about my body in my 30s and get it closer to function properly before it's too late. Thank you.
