Story time. I'm so happy that I have found you on YouTube and started following your stretch guides that you have. downloaded all four of them.
I've been having trouble bending my knees without pain. So I follow your stretching tips and tricks. I was at work and didn't even realize it but I was bending down real low and didn't feel any pain. takes time but it's worth it

I gotta say for anyone who doesn't see the benefit of this. For the average person I'm quite strong, I was able to squat+deadlift three plates 2-3 months into working out, but I was ALWAYS in pain and discomfort.
I found out one of my disc's between L5 and S1 is degenerating, more than physical therapy, more strength training. The biggest helper for my pain was stretching, we don't realize how much range of motion we've lost due to our lifestyles, regaining it is so nice. Keep up the good work David.

David!! I just want to say I appreciate you, man. On Monday I saw an adult client with schizophrenia and we were discussing how diet, exercise, routine, etc. can help. He happened to have a yoga mat and I showed him a bunch of your shorts. We did some stretches and walked over 3 miles that day! I know it sounds insignificant but he hasn't done much in over a month so that was HUGE for him. So thank you for the videos and encouragement 🙏 your tone, approach, and encouragement is a beacon my friend!

Your videos are a real find! I've stretched all my life just any old way because I like how it feels to stretch, and your videos come along and put whole new ideas out there about it. I never knew how far I could take it. I'm curious what made being flexy something that you noticed and explored so far!

When I was bodybuilding and training I severely neglected my joints and flexibility in general was not on my list of things to prioritise after years away from training and starting over im going to ge incorporating these exercise into everyday life thank you dude

i flew over your shorts the last couple of days... i have always been a super sticky guy... never able to touch my toes. (i am 45 and regular gym goer... runner)

i did that for 3 or 4 times... and i can touch the ground with straight legs...

i love how flexibility exercises are.. ALSO flexible.. there are so many different ways to stretch your hamstrings and im surprised i keep seeing more methods

The last push-up is my favorite, the infinite push-up that only goes down.

I swear I do that to untie my shoes after coming home and it's my favorite. If you wiggle a bit you might even pop your back.
