This week was the first time I was able to add full ROM unsupported Pistol Squats in to my routine. Pro-tip: Elevate your heel if your ankles aren't quite flexible enough. Nordic Hamstring curls are my next focus movement.

I can do it kind of on one leg but not the other, thanks a lot for the help since i was overweight before and now i can actually do a pistol squat soon!!! Tysmm

I actually can do pistol squats but only with a plate under my heel. I can’t do Asian squat either, my ankles just can’t bend that much. When I was playing volleyball it is crucial for players to strengthen their ankles to prevent injuries so I did, but is there an effective way I can have my ankles become flexible?

I had a knee injury and ive been slowly recovering, i can do it only on one side.... Any recommendations for an easier version of the easy version? 😢 Movement is recovery.

i need to improve my ankle mobility. Always thought i wasnt strong enough to do a pistol squat but one day decided to put a plate under my heel and i could do three (only on one leg tho)
