FLAT ABS & STRONG GLUTES WORKOUT - Flatten your abs and build your booty with this sweaty home workout that requires minimal equipment - just a set of dumbbells and a booty band!
There are 2 Circuits that make up this no repeat abs and booty workout. Circuit 1 will focus on building a round booty and Circuit 2 will be our flat abs workout. Complete each circuit of movements, working for 40 seconds and resting for 20 seconds. Have 30 seconds rest between circuits.
