This workout targets the waist and abs using cardio & toning exercises. Get a smaller waist by increasing your calorie deficit & performing waistline toning exercises. A caloric deficit will lead to fat loss, including belly fat loss! Do this 30 min ab home workout for a smaller waist & flat belly/flat stomach. This is a moderate pace Standing Abs Cardio Workout. Use it to learn how to control your core muscles. Take slow and controlled moves while keeping your abs contracted (tucked in) throughout this entire workout. Really focus on feeling the exercises in your core! You can do this workout for 14 days and create your own challenge, to help you include more core work in your routine!
This workout will target the entire core from a standing position leading to stronger muscles and a tighter waistline.

REMEMBER: You can always change the pace or intensity of all my workouts to suit your mood or energy level for the day.

Hi ... this was the best exercise for me... i lost 5 pounds ... and it work out for me, my 34 waist become 28😍 and i cant believe it, it works... but ofcourse you need extra diet for the best result... thank you so much ... looking forward for another routine exercise... love you

Day 1 of small waist challenge be doing the 30 days small waist challenge. Don't let this one fool you!!!! It will make you sweat!!!! The finisher at the end caught me by total surprise. Loved it!!! Thank you for the amazing videos.

The first time I did this, I could only last 16 mins. It looks easy in the beginning but gets quite intense and you can feel it in your waist. I lost 2 Kilos in just a week's time. It's perfect for quick results. Thank you so much.

I just found your channel and did this workout today! I live on the second floor and have hard wood floors so I'm excited to work out properly without disturbing my neighbors downstairs.

Also, I am going through perimenopause (ladies - especially you young ladies - pay attention) and found my waistline expanding even though I wasn't gaining substantial weight (4lbs in a year, not bad). And I just saw you have a 30-day slim waistline challenge. I am ALL IN to get my body back!

The best workout I've found in a long time! Before that, I had a break in sports. But I did everything from start to finish. I was sweaty all over, but I didn't get irritated because of the exercises that I can't do. Because everything is accessible and understandable. Everything is simple, but effective. And at the same time varied, and therefore not boring. Great lesson structure and great performance. Sometimes the coach's smile wouldn't let me stop!

Been doing this for 3 days, twice a day. Just fitted into a pair of shorts that I haven't worn since last summer. Also lost 3lbs. Cut out all junk and alcohol. I'm defo sticking with this.

Looks easier than it is. I used to do a lot of jjumping routines but thought I’d try a non jumping routine to give my knees a rest. It’s amazing how much you can still sweat even doing low impact. I think it’s the keeping of the arms above your heart that makes these exercises effective for cardio.

Trying this exercise for 2 weeks
Day 1 morning:I stopped at 23:19 but I feel good and I love this already it makes u feel good instead of tired!weight:177.6 coming back tonight or tomorrow
Day 2 morning: I did 31 minutes it feels like the same as yesterday but more worked out then yesterdays morning I love this so much also my weight is 177.6!(Trying with diet!)
