I did the whole 2 week program and I saw SIGNIFICANT changes in my body. My stomach and legs slimmed down so much and I felt so good that I went to the beach and didn't feel insecure. Even though my belly isn't flat yet and my thighs are far from being "skinny" I still slimmed down a lot and my confidence was given a boost!

Hey emi! This is my 11th day of your 2 weeks flat belly and thigh workout. I am not going on a diet at all due to my hectic schedule. I need lots of energy and just have to consume whatever food is served to me. However, i have seen changes in my body thanks to this program. It is not drastic cause i am not on a diet but still i did not expect this much result. I exercised every night and now my bloating has been reduced and my belly is so much flatter now. My hips are also smaller and my digestion has improved. Thank you so much

Day 1: ✅ it was hard and some moves i couldn’t do like the side plank leg lift . i was up for the challenge and hopefully tomorrow i will do better
Day 2:✅i already felt stronger and felt my abs growing . the workout went by way faster than yesterday and i certainly felt better today. her words of motivation throughout the video helped me get through . however i ate a lot today so i really hope it still works .
Day 3✅: i felt stronger and started noticing my belly getting flatter and more toned and had a slight tight gap . it’s insane . i felt less pain while doing the workout because that means you are getting more used to it and stronger . i am proud and i will tell u tmrw about any changes i notice
Day 4✅: i saw a huge difference in my stomach it got flatter and my thighs got thinner . i was so happy with this result and it’s only day 4!
Day 5 ✅: i was truly shocked how fast this working ! i am so happy and i feel much stronger
Day 6 ✅: i did this with my mum before bed and it felt okay . the burn in my inner thighs was insane
Day 7 ❌: i was really busy that day so i couldn’t do the workout
Day 8❌: i was also really busy HOWEVER i did a different workout 🏋️‍♀️ and some ballet because i train ballet
Day 9 ❌: did a ballet workout because i was busy all day
Day 10 ✅: Did some ballet and did this workout too

So i did the whole 2 weeks challenge and i did see results. I lost 2.55 kg, an inch around my waist and an inch from right thigh and 1.5 inch from the left within weeks. Thank you Emi 💝. I reduced my sugar or sweet intake instead of giving it up( Sweet tooth 🙂).

i did the 2 weeks program and im seeing a significant change in my body! my boyfriend also told me that i got a lot thinner. i didn’t control my diet that well so my weigh did not reduce drastically. but my plan was never the scale. i didnt measure my size but it sure is visible. basically i look fit after completing the whole program! thanks a lot emi! im now moving towards the 4 weeks challenge! 🎉🎉🎉

currently done with day 3 of the 2 week challenge and i feel so good after doing a workout. my shirt is drenched with sweat!!! haven’t seen any results but i will get there. my skin is glowing too! thank you so much, emi!!!

UPDATE:
finished the 2 week program today and lost 1 kg. will start another program tomorrow!

i have 30 days to get fit and this is the one i am following along with her visible abs routine.
Day 1: i feel a little lightheaded and a little sweat here and there
Day 2; my arms were soreee
Day 3: this was the toughest one but i tried to do it. trusting the process here
