I have been usung this workout for 2 months now along with my shakes and LCD of 1200. I have lost a significant amount of weight but still on my journey. A month ago i was managing 50% of this workout, im now at 100% everyday 💪

A month ago i was diagnosed with depression and which unbeknownst to me caused me to gain ALOT of weight over time. In the past month with the depression medication is starting to help, i am now on a journey of weight loss as the pill started to help my weight come down. It has been a month on weight loss shakes, super greens, exercise bike and doing this workout every night that i have lost a considerable amount of weight so far. Still have a ways to go before im at the weight i want to be but the fact is im seeing the difference. Im more confident and loving who I see in the mirror. Thank you for providing this workout it has been awesome

Very happy to found this video.I started following exercises from today 07-August-2024, I am in sweat now after following the Full video, definitely I will loose my over weight. My present weight is 90 kgs. Again after 1 month I will edit this comment.

One month update: I used the 1.5kg dumbbell for 30 minutes daily for 24 consecutive days and I've started to feel stronger and 4 out of 6 packs are now showing, lol. Couldn't believe that 30 minutes daily workout can work out this well.

Two months update: The 6 packs are all here and I have lost 6kg. I joined this with dieting, by dieting I meant I went on a carb fast and no more sugars, at least in the artificial form. No sodas, no bread, no rice, etc. I still eat all the meat, eggs, beans and proteins. This workout is the best out here on YouTube. Tried a few others but nothings burns more calories than this. I burn an average of 220kcal per 30 mins session using 3kg (1.5kg on each hand) dumbbells.
