I really do love these videos as even though I am only 12 I really enjoy cooking in and outside of school. Your vids are ingenious and so fun to watch! Love this series as well I never thought butter could be paired with so many different flavours and taste even more delicious! Perhaps serve the caper olive and parsley with lobster or crab because it has the great taste of butter and shellfish and tartar sauce and shellfish.

for thanksgiving a few years ago, I made a sage butter that I shoved under the skin of the turkey and it was SO GOOD because it kept the skin super crispy and the meat super moist. I love that you guys are doing these videos, you're so creative!

For a dinner party I made the butter and cod dish. I was worried after I first mixed the butter ingredients. It didn't smell the way I thought it should, but it turned out amazing. A bunch of Puerto Ricans, a Californian and two Mid-Westerners loved it, and everyone had seconds. Thank you Britian!

Wow, these look all so delicious, and it adds a nice touch to simple dishes when you don't have much time on your hands. I think I'm going to make all of these and give them away as christmas presents in little jars this year. Thank you for the inspiration!

I am so glad to see you guys do three things with butter series. I had done a parsley and lemon butter for pan fried pomfret, and it was divine Also, I would like to see three things with cornflakes! I had made fish cakes and used cornflakes instead of the breadcrumbs in the flour, egg wash and breadcrumb routine.
