That scrambled Tofu in the beginning could be called as 'Tofu Bhurji'. We have a similar dish in India called as 'Paneer Bhurji' which is scrambled cottage cheese! Paneer and Tofu have almost a similar texture and taste where the former is made with whole milk and the latter with soy milk! Totally love and appreciate the fact that you used ghee instead of oil or butter! Ghee is an essential and healthy fat! Great job with all other recipes! :)

I made the avocado scrambled tofu and my dad, tofu hater and meat lover, 90% percent of the time opposed to anything but French dishes, liked it! As in, actually ate a full portion of it and enjoyed it and didn't complained. This is probably my biggest achievement in the kitchen, all thanks to SORTEDfood :D Good job guys!

I love tofu and I've seen it prepared in many ways but the tofu scramble and cheesecake are new to me. Will definitely try the scramble soon!

My fave dessert is Taho which is basically tapioca pearls, soupy melted sugar and soft tofu and its best served warm! Some regions even add strawberry jam to it. Its quick and simple and tasty! When the vendor walks past my house you bet I'll run out with my glass ready to eat some!

I tried tofu back in the early 80's when I toyed with being a full vegetarian. I hated it, but then again, there wasn't a lot of information on what to do with tofu back then. The toast with avocado and scrambled tofu dish looks so good, I'm tempted to try it. Thank you.
