So! I woke up early today (which is rare—) since I was excited to try out the Eggs Benedict Bagel recipe, I got all the ingredients yesterday and what not. And I made enough for my family of four... But out of no where we get a visitor this morning and my mom, just being polite, offered him food. And he was like "if you insist" aND since I only made enough for four (the others already started eating)— she gave my plate to him... I made the Eggs Benedict the other day for breakfast, having never made a hollandaise sauce. It took me three times, but I was successful in the end! It tasted amazing, and this was my first time following a recipe from Sorted. I'm really excited to try out a lot of others!

I always love making egg salad sandwiches with Dijon mustard, sweet relish and salt and pepper! Soooo good :)
