"Would you mind getting some in your mouth and not on my leg." I'm normally good at ignoring unintentional innuendo, but my god!

This series is amazing! Please carry on creating awesome recipes like this tomato sauce base. I just love how simple and versatile the tomato base is and can't wait to use this base for creating my own recipes

This has come at the most perfect time ever, we have tomato plants growing in our greenhouse and I've been looking for something new to do with them! Thank you!

Brilliant. Just. Brilliant.  I love that every dish uses the same base, but they are all so different.  Fantastic!

That's good stuff guys BUT, pleeease to do tomato sauce it's A LOT of better if you fry onion and garlic first in good olive oil, and when onion turns transparent you add tomato and wine. When alcohol is gonne add the water. But everything together... it's a different result I've never seen! :D :D :D

SORTED Food You have a Mediterranean theme going on. I grow my own tomatoes on my patio of my flat. I love the cod dish. Capers and fish are a classic combination.
I love fresh tomatoes with buffalo milk mozzarella cheese and fresh basil leaves, with a dressing of red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and fresh ground black pepper. All those dishes look really good. Cheers!

My favorite tomato dish is pasta fresca. Diced tomatoes, fresh basil, cubes of fresh mozzarella, and a little olive oil and garlic tossed with bow tie pasta. HEAVEN. Especially in August when tomatoes are their best. :)

Hey guys, just inspired by the video, I am reminded of a 'Pizza you eat with spoons'. It has been pretty hip menu in Seoul for few years. It is maybe a kind of a deepdish pizza but the dish is really deep and you can barely see the bread part. You literally need spoons to eat them. Two thumbs up :) Try 'em and plz let me know how to personalize em!!

Obviously I am 9 years late, but I am sure that I am not the only person watching this old videos, so I will still comment. My favorite dish using tomatoes, is a mozzarella and tomato salad. I know, it sounds boring, but the sauce is really special. Take a very strong espresso, balsamic vinegar and sugar, and reduce it down for about 10 minutes. You can prepare a large portion of this, and store it in the fridge for 2-3 weeks. Serve that with plenty of fresh basil, and a good bread to soak up the sauce, and you will be happy :-).
